As a former Accenture Management Consulting practitioner and team lead, Megan excels at diving into highly complex projects in fast-paced environments. She has a proven track record of partnering with client stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and drive the value agenda, as well as a reputation for developing business relationships and innovative data models that drive strategic insights.
Megan joins the firm fresh from managing operations at Astranis Space Technologies, a San Francisco-based startup. Working closely with the satellite manufacturer’s leaders, she supported a broad set of critical cross-functional initiatives to grow the business fast. In addition to various responsibilities across nearly every business function, Megan identified new business opportunities and created a dynamic modeling tool for the executive team, later used to create and iterate on the roadmap for future technology improvements.
Previously, Ms. Blouin operated as the Strategy & Ops Manager and effective Chief of Staff for two Managing Directors, first the MD in charge of Accenture’s Consumer Goods & Services (CG&S) practice in North America and later the Senior MD in charge of the company’s Global CG&S industry practice. In this role, Megan supported the development of a new vision, strategy, and implementation plan; tracked sales and revenue targets; and co-led the practice’s development and people engagement program for the 500+-person practice.
In prior roles as a project lead at Accenture, she served as the point of contact for client stakeholders and executives, engaging with them to design viable workstream plans and identify and mitigate execution risks. She led Accenture teams of data analysts, oversaw up to 45+ work streams per client, and ensured the quality of all deliverables.
This high-energy consultant began her career in 2014 as an analyst at Accenture and reached the manager level within 3.5 years, three years ahead of schedule. She was heavily involved in “zero-based budgeting” strategy, analysis, and enterprise-wide program implementation and led multiple cost efficiency programs at key CG&S and retail clients.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics & English (University of Michigan) and has completed advanced courses in those same subjects in the UK (University College of London).
