Sandy Ogg

Founder’ founder, Sandy Ogg, has spent 30+ years working and learning with Fortune 500 executives around the world. His experience and success in Human Resources led him to develop Connecting Talent to Value™, a methodology that helps organizations bend the value curve by getting the right people in the right jobs.

Sandy’s lessons from working with C-suite executives have been integrated into several books and papers on leadership and value creation.


Sumeet Salwan


Sumeet has spent the last 25 years thinking about, leading and connecting human capital with business value and employee experience.

As head of Advisory Services, he works directly with CEOs and C-suite leaders. Sumeet is responsible for our advisory services globally and for continuing to invent new HR 3.0 models, methodologies and practices in partnership with the firm’s co-founders.


Shefali Salwan


Shefali has 25 years of experience in cross-cultural talent management, leadership development, C-suite advisory, and diversity and inclusion.

As head of the firm’s flagship Value Coaching program, she is responsible for mentoring the Value Coaches through their certification process while building the community of coaching practitioners. Shefali continues to invent new HR 3.0 models, methodologies and practices in partnership with the firm’s other co-founders.

He brings over 35 years of experience to the team and has received several awards for his contributions to the field of human resources.

Hein's is focused on deploying the Talent to Value™ framework at the executive level. As an advisor and mentor, he aims to guide leaders toward maximizing the return on their talent investments.

He is a recognized thought leader in the HR profession and a sought-after executive advisor to large-cap companies and private equity firms.

Bill works directly with C-suite leaders and PE partners to help them design and execute clear, impactful, and straightforward talent strategies that drive transformation and deliver value.


Daniel Nickel

Dan was an early partner who helped establish the foundations for His prior experience as a CHRO in large public companies along with his substantial knowledge about private equity were essential to the development of our /decide framework.

Dan has helped shape into a leading advisor for CEO and senior executive selection within the private equity setting. These experiences have also been applied to the successful delivery of PE operating frameworks.


Kristen Ballinger

In senior HR roles at Bayer and Otsuka Pharmaceuticals, Kristen was instrumental in leading teams of HR Business Partners and Operations, building capabilities, and spearheading transformation to drive value creation for the enterprise. She currently serves as global CHRO for the LiveKindly Collective.

Under special agreement, Kristen partners with a select few’ clients to help them get the most from theTalent to Value methodology, practices and tools.

Shajan drives technological and process transformations that improve global profitability and add disproportionate value. For 20 years, he improved market share, gross revenue, and EBITDA for clients at IBM and Genpact by applying design thinking and Lean Six Sigma frameworks and implementing cutting-edge technologies (blockchain, artificial intelligence/machine learning, at scale automation/robotics, and advanced analytics).

Shajan leads the firm's digital business while providing strategic and advisory services to clients in select industries.


Dhaval Bhagat

Associate Partner

Dhaval's customer-centric approach guides' clients through our value-creation process. His on-the-ground experience supports the codification of our methodologies and ensures effective client implementations.

Holding a degree in computer science and an MBA, Dhaval combines systems thinking and product development with business strategy to create and execute successful Talent to Value engagements.


Dan Lee

Dan brings talent in both engineering and business leadership to the team. With a degree in computer science and an MBA in international business, Dan is essential to the design and development of' suite of tools and methodologies.

Dan's primary focus is research & development, and he is adept at building strong relationships throughout all levels of an organization.

Lori Macisaac CEOworks

Lori MacIsaac

Associate Partner

Lori has spent 25-years on the “people side” of organizations. She served as the Director of Talent Management, Development and Acquisition at Parker Health Group, Inc. As a corporate training professional at Bristol-Myers Squibb, she developed and delivered action-learning programs to build management capability across the enterprise.

Lori has an MBA and an Executive Coaching certification from the Harvard Business School and a BA from Wellesley College in Economics and Spanish.


Heather Ogg

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Heather ensures operates smoothly. She develops and implements core strategies in addition to creating organizational policies and practices.

Her management skills and attention to detail are evident to anyone who sets foot inside our dramatically revamped headquarters—a 100-year old stone farmhouse that is home to our core team members and the site of our Talent to Value™ workshops.


Michael Ogg

Director of Marketing and Brand

Michael’s role at spans business and partnership development as well as thought leadership and marketing. He previously worked in product marketing and product development at Motorola and served as Product Marketing Manager for DJO, a medical equipment company.

Michael graduated from Austin Peay State University with a BA in Corporate Communications.


Thanit Bernier

Chief of Staff

Thanit is Founder Sandy Ogg’s Chief of Staff. She joins from SECOR Asset Management, LP, an investment advisory firm where she was a member of the business development and investor relations team. Thanit has 20 years of investment management industry experience, including time at Corsair Capital LLC, MatlinPatterson Capital Management, Y&R and NeubergerBerman.

She holds a BA in Marketing Management from Syracuse University.


Tejaswi Jain

Engagement Manager

Tejaswi supports the senior leadership of in driving Advisory projects, IP creation and business development. Prior to, Tejaswi worked with Deloitte in their Assurance and Risk Advisory practice focusing on the Investment Management industry.

She is a licensed CPA and holds an MBA from Cornell University.


Melissa Banks

Melissa is the Executive Assistant to our Co-Founders, providing essential, high-level administrative and project management support for two of our most dynamic business centers. 

She brings 20 years of experience serving as a liaison for senior-level executives across different industries, working for companies like Mastercard, Abbott, and Biotronik.


Elizabeth Castellano

Executive Assistant

Elizabeth is Executive Assistant to the Senior Partners of, providing high-level, day-to-day administrative support.

She has over 20 years of experience as an administrative professional in the consumer products and hospitality industries, working for corporations like PepsiCo and Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, Inc.
